Yes. You can sign a power of attorney at a Costa Rican consulate, or before a notary in your country with an apostille, and we handle the process for you.
For most businesses with a few partners, the S.R.L. is simpler and more flexible. The S.A. works better when there will be more shareholders or investors. We recommend the right option for your case.
Once we have the documents and signatures, registration usually takes a few business days. Opening the bank account takes the longest and depends on each bank.
A passport or ID for each partner, the company's name or business activity, and details of who will manage it. If a partner is a foreign company, its documents must be apostilled. We send you the exact list when we start.
